Visiting manly beach and the blue mountains

Blane and I made it out to Manly beach on Sunday night, ands even know the waves weren't that big, and it was after supper there were still close to a hundred people in the water surfing.

The next day we took a tour out to the blue mountains. They are less than an hour outside of Sydney, but they felt like a world away. Due to the rugged terrain many parts of the blue mountains have yet to be explored, and only certain spots have been developed.

Most of us did the hike from the top of this waterfall to the bottom. We were then able to take a rail car back up the mountain. It was a great day and allowed us to learn more about a national park that is very special to australians.
