Kayaking and tramping

We arrived in Able Tasman national park yesterday and spend our evening debating what to do the next day. Well today arrived we had many things to do. Kathy and I started off the day with a guided sea kayak voyage. We spent around 3 hours exploring many bays, beaches and other crevasse along the coast.

Next we jumped on a water taxi to bring us to the same beach that Bev, Blane and Evelia had taken a water taxi to earlier. The five of us then spent the next two hours on a good hike up over and down multiple ridges and bays until we made it to the beach where a water taxi would be picking us up for our journey back to camp.

Tomorrow we catch the inter island ferry taking us to the north island and the capital city of Wellington.

  4. I finally figured out how to leave comments. Very cute pictures. Evelia seem to be enjoying herself. Probably because she's being carted around everywhere!

Dave- "tramping" on your holidays??? Really??? It's taking every fibre of my being not to comment on that.
