Just the two of us

We dropped Bev, Blane and Evelia off at the airport this morning. Turns out we were many hours early as the campground that we were going to stat at was full, so instead we spent the night in long term parking at the airport. Ah the beauty of being in a motorhome. Mind you it still cost us $32 to spent the night, apparently though subsequent nights would have been cheaper.

So now it's just the two of us. To celebrate this fact we've spent the past few hours cleaning out the motorhome, doing laundry, dishes and packing. Next up is returning the motorhome and filling out the insurance forms for my minor mishap with a narrow bridge a week and a half ago. Luckily we have 0 deductible insurance on the vehicle.

Yesterday I finished of my open water scuba certification with 2 more dives, while Kathy and Blane took a trip on a glass bottomed boat and made it into the water for some snorkeling. It sucked leaving the coast for our drive back to Auckland and the airport.

So Kathy and I have 4 days in front of us, now to just to figure where to go looking for adventures. We will keep you updated...
