Summer Holidays Have Begun!

Summer holidays started off with a bang this year as Kate and Lily had been up visiting us for the past week.  Chris came up for the Canada day celebrations as well, and spent the weekend in the peg.

We spent Canada Day at Assiniboine Park. There were loads of bouncers (I counted 12), opportunities for face painting and henna tattoos, food galore and musical acts up on the main stage. We also spent some time at the nature playground before everyone was exhausted and we headed home for supper.
