Up at Lester Beach

I'll admit, I have been lazy and haven't managed to post any activity for a bit, but here are some nice pictures from the past week's worth of activities up at Lester Beach.  Kathy and Evelia are still up there now, but I have managed to make it back to the city.

Evelia loves this stroller.  Anytime that she was out on the deck and walked by the stroller (yup she is walking, but still needs a hand most of the time) she wanted to get into her stroller and go for a walk.

Here is Evelia with her niece Kate, up from Minneapolis. Both Kate and Lily, her sister have been visiting Grandpa and Grandma up at Lester beach.

Evelia decided to use a fork for the first time on Wednesday, and to eat watermelon no less.  I think that we'll keep her away from the sharp metal forks though for the time being

Kate and Lily made some new friends up at the lake, a couple of kids who have a cottage a few doors down.  Kathy used to be friends with their dad.  Ah the history of Lester beach
