Even though Evelia can't walk yet, well ok she can't walk on her own yet and definitely not on her own outside, every girl needs her own good pair of rubber boots. As you can see Evelia is quite proud and happy with her new boots, and she can't wait till she is able to stand and walk on her own so she can test out these boots by splashing in puddles.
